The Workplace Management System project (WMS) was a business-led project tasked with optimising a business’ rostering practices. With its initial focus on three operational business units, the project aimed to deliver an IT solution that could handle the complexity of the business’ operating environment, while making it simpler and easier for people to manage, access and track potential changes to their roster.
TSA’s role included full change management support and delivery, as well as stakeholder engagement and communication for the project. The TSA team successfully supported the delivery of long-term optimisations, as well as the formal consultation processes with employees and unions.
